  • Aircraft maintenance in the Pacific during WWII on P40's and F4U's. Assembled some of the corsairs from partialy assembled kits in the pacific.
    Went to Japan with 14 Squadron, J Force. Went to the USA to do initial training on the Bell 47 Sioux. Was commisioned from Warrant Officer and was at one time REO at Mangere with Air NZ. Comrade source.
