    FOUNTAIN, Agnes Annie (Nan) (nee Brackenridge) Born 22-10-1915. Passed away on 09-07-2014. Died peacefully in her sleep aged 98 years at Gracedale home, Mt Roskill, Auckland. Dearly loved wife of the late John, treasured mother and mother-in-law of Trish and Barry Duncan, the late Dorothy, and Gordon and Jill Reid, and Kay Fountain. Cherished grandma of Jenny and Mick, Michelle and Derek, Sam and Francie, Carl and Ra, Edward and Anne, Rachel, and Nigel. Very special Gran-Gran of Jordan, Alexandra, Oliver, Tarlae, Duprie, Hayley and Cole. A long life, well lived and a rest well deserved.
