Served in Malaya from November 1957 to December 1959, Signals Platoon, Headquarters Company, Radio Operator, attached to 12 Platoon, D Company, 1 NZ Regiment. AWMM

    "NATHAN, William Te Pania (Billy) (WT) Q.S.M 327828 Bombardier Korea, Malaya. Passed away at home surrounded by family on 15 August 2016 aged 83 years. Loved husband of the late Maisie, loved father of his children and moko's. Dad will be at Roma Marae. Funeral will be Thursday 18 August 2016 at 1.00pm followed by interment at 2.00pm Pukemiro Urupa." AWMM
