  • Served at RNZAF Bases Taeri, Whenuapai, Shelley Bay and Air Force HQ Wellington. originally enlisted in the 1st NZ Scottish Regiment (TF A COY) 1 October 1940 to 23 January 1942. He then enlisted/transferred to the RNZAF and on 1/1/1947 was promoted W/O. Awarded the MBE, Military Division 1/1/1955, then promoted to Flying Officer 19/10/1955.
