  • George Brooks entered Korea on the 26 March 1952 and posted to 162 Battery, 16 Field Regiment, Royal New Zealand Artillery. In November 1953 he was involved in a vehicle accident and was admitted to Pahiatua Hospital with Head injuries. He was no longer considered fit for further Kayforce service and was discharged in February 1954. AWMM
