    Found guilty, 15 August 1916, of being in town after 9 pm contrary to Base orders: awarded forfeiture of 7 days' pay.

    Found guilty, 8 September 1916, of being drunk on duty, Larkhill: awarded 3 days confined to barracks.

    Found guilty, 2 November 1916, of being absent without leave, 0630, 10 October, to 2315, 31 October 1916: awarded 32 days' Field Punishment No 2, and forfeited 22 days' pay.

    Found guilty, 3 November 1916, of being absent without leave from 1830, 3 November, to 1000, 20 November 1916: awarded 28 days' Field Punishment No 2, and forfeited 46 days' pay.

    Proceeded overseas to France, 6 December 1916; taken on strength, 28 December 1916.
