  • From the Military Personnel File, 'Private Scott, L.W, 10th Battalion, was discharged from the Australian Imperial Force in consequence of Medical Unfitness on 23rd August 1916.'
    Re-enlisted with Australian Imperical Force on the 16th of Feburary 1917, a second service number was given on re-enlistement - 3913.
    Second discharge was due to Bronchitis, returned to Australia per 'Llanstephen Castle' 15 Feburary 1918. AWMM
