    Proceeded overseas to France, 5 February 1918; taken on strength, 12 February 1918.
    Wounded in action, 30 March 1918 (gun shot wound, left leg), and admitted to 9th Australian Field Ambulance; discharged to duty, 30 March 1918.
    Wounded in action (2nd occasion), 17 April 1918 (gassed), and admitted to 9th Field Ambulance; transferred to 12th Casualty Clearing Station, 18 April 1918; to Ambulance Train No 37, 18 april 1918, and transferred to 9th General Hospital, Rouen, 19 April 1918; to England, 21 April 1918, and admitted to Norfolk War Hospital, Norwich, 22 April 1918; discharged on furlough, 15 May 1918, to report to No 4 Command Depot, Hurdcott, 29 May 1918; marched in to Overseas Training Brigade, Longbridge Deverill, 22 June 1917; proceeded overseas to France, 17 July 1918; rejoined unit, 25 July 1918.
