    Transferred to 60th Bn, 4 April 1916.
    Admitted to 15th Australian Field Ambulance, 14 April 1916 (optical examination), and transferred to 2nd Australian Casualty Clearing Station, and then to 1st Australian Stationary Hospital (defective vision); discharged to duty, 18 April 1916; rejoined Bn, in the field, 19 April 1916.
