    Proceeded overseas to France, 15 June 1917; taken on strength, 9th Field Ambulance, in the field, 29 June 1917.
    Admitted to No 1 convalescent Depot, 9 October 1917 (neuritis); discharged to Base Details, 23 October 1917.
    Transferred to 3rd Australian General Hospital, Abbeville, 17 November 1917.
    Admitted to 3rd Australian General Hospital, 30 November 1917; transferred to England, 14 December 1917, and admitted to 1st Southern General Hospital, Stourbridge, 15 December 1917 (disordered action of the heart: condition severe); discharged, 15 January 1918, to report next day to No 3 Command Depot, Hurdcott.
    Marched out to No 2 Command Depot, Weymouth, 19 February 1918.
