    Admitted to No 2 Australian General Hospital, Cairo, 22 January 1916 (alcoholism); transferred to Montazah Convalescent Depot, 26 January 1916; to Montazah Convalescent Hospital, 5 February 1916; to Overseas Base, 14 February 1916.
    Admitted to 1st Australian General Hospital, Heliopolis, 1 March 1916; transferred to Convalescent Depot, Helouan, 8 March 1916 (influenza); to Overseas Base, Ghezireh, 15 February 1916.
