    Mrs J. A. Harding, Kaiti, has received news of the death of her second son. Albert Ryland (Tommy). He enlisted with the Sixth Imperial Forces and saw considerable service in France. He was twice wounded and twice gassed, the effects of which proved fatal, after being in hospital for the last eleven months. He is the second son Mrs Harding has lost through the war.
