  • Dave was the Assault Pioneer Platoon Commander V2 - Also a 10 Platoon Section Commander, 1 NZ Regt (57/59) Malayan Emergency & A/B Company (combined) CQMS, 1 RNZIR (65/67) Indonesion Confrontation (Borneo). Dave went on to become the SWI of 1 RNZIR (Dieppe Barracks) 71/73 and returned again to 1 RNZIR as the RSM 76/78. RESPECT.

  • Dave Hayward was one of the main organisers/officials of Singapore/Malaysia Motor Sports back in the 1970's. Highly respected and very well known by all in the motor sports. Rally Cross, Grad Pix, Rally, Sprints etc.
