    Chief Instructor of RNZASC School; Army Member of the Defence Admin Planning Staff in the Ministry of Defence, Wellington, working mainly on SEATO and ANZAM Operational Planning.

    Led a Joint Staff Team to work with Papua New Guinea Defence Force staff to design Admin and LOG systems and organisation for the new PNGDF, 1973.

    Total military service was 40 years plus 12 months community service.

    Colonel Commandant, Royal Australian Corps of Transport, until 1997.

    Funeral service held at St. Cuthbert's Anglican Church, Darlington, Perth. AWMM
