L.L. Bartlett was a classmate of my uncle's at No.3 Wireless School, Squadron 65, Winnipeg, 23 March - 25 September 1943. This photo was in my uncle's album. "L.L. Bartlett" is also listed in the Squadron graduation photo. No other details available.
