  • Bob married English lass Jose MOSS nee HICKEN. Jose's husband, Leonard MOSS was Bob's best friend, he was shot down and killed 28 August 1942. She was pregnant at the time of Len's disappearance and she also lost his baby shortly after. Jose died on 10 March 1999 and would never be aware of what actually happened to Len.
