  • Roy We salute your contribution, bravery and sacrifice during the Battle of the Somme in 1916. My wife and I have visited the New Zealand cemetery at Caterpillar Valley where you are remembered on the Wall and know that this is now a beautiful and restful place for the many Kiwi soldiers who were lost during that terrible war and could never came home. Certainly not forgotten by the McLeods in New Zealand
