    RUSSELL, Alexander Kenny. (29th Div. NZ Mounted Rifles. No. 50054 1914-18. Member of Manchester Unity Loyal Waipu Lodge). On September 15, 1986, (peacefully), at Northland Base Hospital, Whangarei, dearly loved husband of the late Torum, loved and respected father and father-in-law of Donald and Una Russell, the late Jeanie and Gerald Brown and long time friend to Mollie Russell, dearest ‘Ba’ of Geraldine Sanderson, Donna McKinnon, Cameron, Gregor and Alistair Russell and great grandfather of Amanda, Michael, Anna and Emily; in his 93rd year. A service will be held at the graveside, Waipu Sevicemens Cemetery, at 11am. on Friday (September 19, 1986). In lieu of flowers donations in remembrance of Ba’s long life could be made to the Northland Hospice Society Inc, P O Box 654, Whangarei. Communications to Mrs Geraldine Sanderson, 1A Orari Place, Kamo, Whangarei or from Thursday, to Mr D.A. Russell, 32 Craig Rd, Maraetai. Morris & Morris Ltd, Funeral Directors.
