  • Rewi's sister was my grandmother, Mabel Winifred Jones. My mother was Hazel Winifred Mayenberg. I have read of Rewi's service to New Zealand in WW1 and am feeling proud.

  • Proud to be the youngest Grand-daughter of RMS Jones. I was too young to remember you Grandad, but you lived on in my mother, your youngest daughter, who was also taken from us way too soon. RIP.
