    Embarked Wellington, 16 May 1918; disembarked London, England, 7 July 1918, marched in to Sling Camp and posted to 3rd Reserve Bn, Wellington Infantry Regiment.
    Admitted to Military Hospital, Tidworth, 4 October 1918 (influenza); placed on Seriously Ill List, 9 October 1918; still seriously ill, but satisfactory, 17 October 1917; removed from Seriously Ill List, 25 October 1918; transferred to NZ Convalescent Hospital, Hornchurch, 2 November 1918.
    Discharged to leave, 24 November 1918; marched in to NZ Command Depot, Codford, 11 December 1918.
