  • Thank you very much Grand Father and to all your fellow men from the Rarotongan Contingent who laid your lifes for us your descendants so that we could live in a world with peace and harmony without suffering and pain. I lay down a poppy and wreath for you on every ANZAC DAY in honour of your invaluable services to our small nation te KuKi Airani (Cook Islands) and on behalf of my late father your eldest son UA Mareta-Ria and my late mother Mari Nooroa Mareta-Ria and all their children and descendants. Meitaki Maata.
