  • I am the great niece of our great- uncle Fred Biggs. My mother was Muriel Westbrook,( nee Biggs) her father Hubert, was Fredericks brother. We were told that Frederick died at the Somm in France by our mother. My mother spoke dearly of his memory. Thank you for being able to contribute to his wonderful memory. I will ensure our children and grandchildren are told the history of a brave young soldier of 24 years of age who gave the ultimate sacrifice for his king and country. Joy Potter QLD AUSTRALIA.
