Leave a tribute or memory of
Fredrick Obadiah Nicholls
Uncle Obadiah you were lost too young but always spoken of by your sisters as their cheeky younger brother. We visited your resting place in Arras and saw the scars on the land caused by the battles you were part of. Rest in Peace Uncle.

A young man taken from the lives of his family,
Never to experience one of his own.
He embarked on in bravery of war
Only to be lost in the hills of a far
But continues to live on in the lines of us all
Always remembered but never forgotten.
E te tama, e te Matua e kore koe e warewaretia.
