I will always have fond memories of you growing up and driving us on your Falcon that you painted yourself .Getting our lunch ready for Us when Nan was at work .Thank you for everything particularly your service during the War .Am proud to call you My Koro and to say that you fought with the Maori Battalion for Us to have the life we have now .Say Hi to Nan for Me xxx

Although its been many years since your passing,I still remember growing up and seeing you during the school holidays cooking and cleaning around the house in Lower Hutt,although you never spoke much about the War ,these photos bring back memories of you .Thank you for your bravery and fighting for our freedom .Rest In Love Grandy x
