    Captain, Royal New Zealand Nursing Core, 30838, and Vietnam veteran. Jill passed away peacefully in Wellington Hospital on February 17, 2023 and is now at well-earned rest after a life dedicated to caring for others. Jill is the loved mother of the late Herb, mother and mother-in-law of Sandra and Gordon, and grandmother of her adored Cameron. Very much-loved daughter of the late Rene and George Murphy of Raumati. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Helen and Barry, Michael and Kath, Graham and Judith.
