  • I grew up as a child calling him Uncle Wally but he was my koro because he was my Papa Tio’s brother (my grandfather). Both him and his brother Harry Matehe had no children and this Sat April 17th 2021 I have the absolute honour of receiving their unclaimed war medals after 70 plus years.
