  • Arthur Ernest Parker (Pip) my Great Uncle died of his wounds, shot down over France.
I was lucky enough to visit his grave site about 5 years ago in Bailleul communal cemetery Nord France. The cemetery is beautifully kept.
There is a memorial plaque on my Great Grandparent grave which is about 500 meters inside the main gates of the Karori Wellington cemetery's on the right hand side.
A Great Uncle never met but never forgotten. RIP
