  • The best thing I remembered about you Uncle, were the times that my sisters and I would visit you in Opotiki. Actually, we use to visit you and Uncle Mick. But that's another story!

    You always welcomed us with your big as smile. We enjoyed spending our time with you reminiscing about whanau, events, current stuff, who was adding to the whakapapa, who was in trouble, sharing a lot of laughs. Your big as smile, your huge laugh, your cowboy boots and big as cars you loved to drive.

    Thank you Uncle, for the freedom we have, today.

    Always loved. Never forgotten.
