  • Te Matakuariki (Tama) Gage was my grandfather. He was one of the lucky ones that returned from WWII and lived a long and prosperous life in Omaio and died January 2nd 2000. My koro and I think 4 of his siblings went to war (maybe more) but not all of them returned.
