  • Many thanks to Jan for her posting....so grateful. I have made contact with her and will collect the letters tomorrow and give to Doug's daughters. Wonderful memories and history from the war when Doug served in Egypt.

    Report
  • I am the daughter of a very close friend (Eric Levesque) of Doug's and have in my possession 7 personal letters (originals) written, during his service overseas, to my father with interesting personal comments about their life there. I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact family members to see if they have interest in these personal items. I also have Doug' s military photograph which I will need to get a digital copy to insert in your files. Can you assist me. Regards Jan [email protected]
