  • Trevor Teague was one of the first three former ATC Cadets to enter the Royal New Zealand Air Force and gain pilots wings in New Zealand.

    The photo taken on 23 October 1945 was when Trevor Teague returned to Christchurch, he was met by his girlfiend Alma Coutts. They were married on 13 September 1947 and in 1998 had celebrated 51 years together.

    Alma died in 2010.

    Cenotaph record initially prepared with the serviceman in 1998. 622 Squadron was formed from C Flight of 15 Squadron on 10 August 1943 initially flying Stirling IIIs and from January 1944 Lancaster Is. It was part of 3 Group and was based at Mildenhall, Suffolk. AWMM
