After the war Mick, was a Stock Agent and top Auctioneer, then Station Manager. He died of Kidney Di Public - Jean - Wife - 25 February 2023 - From Mick's own words and photo's in a book showing him auctioneering. I think it was de Pelichet? Before I met him. He also taught at Te Aute College soon after the war. His words. He also spent time in prison, I believe it was for embezzlement. We worked on Ohuia Stn, Wairoa and Ngaitonga Stn, Northland, both Maori Affair blocks as manager, before we moved to Waiheke where he became ill and died.
