    • Father was named William Church. AWMM
    • Born in England. Came out to New Zealand aboard the Douglas around 1874 with his parents William and Dianha. Lived at Kakori then Newtown, Wellington, later moving to Masterton in the Wairarapa. They had a grocery store in Kuripuni near Blair Street. Although Arthur married, he did not have any children and he is buried in the Masterton Cemetery.
