    Total flying hours were recorded as 200 and was overseas for 2 years and 39 days.

    Bill returned to New Zealand on 17 February 1945. Met an Englishwoman and married her. Brief account of military service and detailed account of the fatal crash is found in the Manuscript prepared by N Fisher. AWMM
