    I am 1 of many of your grand children, and I descend from your eldest child MILLY. On this day I send you a poppy and an acknowledgement of gratitude of your services you did for our country and fellow men, also I say hello koro and myself and family love you very much although we never met kanohi to kanohi..
    Our mother was proud of you and we of her because you gave us life through her to carry you in our hearts daily.
