    Brothers Claude Alfred Capner (21560) and Cliff Armitage Capner (21559) signed up at the same time and served in WW2

    Served overseas 2 years 170 days; served in the forces 3 years 39 days

    Permanently disabled, 35%, received a War Pension

    His widow willed all of his letters, written whilst overseas, to go to the Army Museum in Waiouru. She kept them all until her death.
