  • Fabian Pember Reeves was the son William Pember Reeves and Magdalen Stuart Reeves, of 31, Pembroke Square, Kensington, London.

    Son of William Pember Reeves. Joined RNAS 18/7/1915, spent 1916 as flying instructor. Joined 6 [Naval] Squadron April 1917 in France. Flying a Nieuport XVII Scout when engaged JASTA 5 & is alleged to have been shot down by ace Werner Voss [his 34th kill] but some doubt if this is so, suggestion aircraft failure leading to crash. When down behind enemy lines & body not recovered and honoured on Arras Flying Services Memorial age 21 AWMM
