  • My grandad, my hero. A hero for our country and family. Gone but never forgotten. We are all so proud of you for everything you did in life. I loved going to the dawn services with you in Tapu and will always hold those memories dear to my heart. I think of you every day but in particular on Anzac Day. Rest in peace grandad, I will make sure the next generation know of you and your fellow comrades and the risks you took to give us the world we live in today. Love you always, Your grandaughter
