    Thanks for your contribution in WW11 by going overseas in the army for NZ. You told me a few stories of which you kept light for my ears. I was proud of what you felt you had to do by volunteering and how it changed the course of your life later. You never complained about that. Thanks to all of those before you and after who did the same thing.
