  • A true gentleman he always stood up when a lady walked into the room. A very gentle soul who was a wonderful grandfather and the light of my life. We never heard any stories of his time in the war....I dont think he ever wanted to talk about it (as many men didn't). He died of a related illness in his early 1960's.
