  • Uncle Jack, my 'wicked Uncle.' I miss you. I adore you and miss your mischievousness and always will! I wish I had asked you about what you experienced and I am so grateful for what time we had. There are no words to express how honoured and proud I am to wear your medals on ANZAC Day and how marching alongside you on your 90th birthday is one of my favourite and enduring memories. That and some of the things you said that are best not aired in public! Rest now, Uncle Jack. You served us well, and with distinction and you will always have my respect and love. We will remember you. Love always xx
