    Proceeded from Zeitoun to Canal Zone, 23 January 1916.

    Wounded in action, 20 September 1916 (gun shot wound, foot); discharged to Details, 27 October 1916; transferred to Anzac Training Depot, Moascar, 28 October 1916; to Wellington Mounted Rifles Regiment, 5 November 1916, and taken on strength, Bir Mosefig.
    Admitted to Mounted Field Ambulance, 8 September 1917 (fractured nasal bone); transferred to 24th Stationary Hospital, Kantara, from 43rd Stationary Hospital, 10 September 1917 (fractured nasal bone); to 27th General Hospital, Abbassia, 11 September 1917; discharged to duty, 19 September 1917; posted to Anzac Training Regiment, Moascar, 19 September 1917.

    Appointed Cook, 20 September 1917; relinquished appointment as Cook, 25 November 1917.
    Posted to Wellington Mounted Rifles Regiment, in the field, 4 December 1917.
    Killed in action, 30 March 1918.
