  • Norman Mai was my father. was stationed in Fiji c1942. His brother, Wilton Mai, also enlisted.
    He married Barbara Melina Mai (nee Till) in 1945. From 1948 to 1978 he worked for the New Zealand Railways. His last position was as a guard.

    They had four children.

    Valerie Norma Hoebergen (nee Mai) Deceased, Hamilton.
