    • Carl Neumegen was a prisoner of war in WWII. While captured, the Nazis tattooed a number on his right arm because he was Jewish. He didn't like to talk about it so I don't have any more details then that. Public - George - Direct descendant - 23 August 2019 - Common family knowledge.
