    Leonard Bowers parents were Angus McLean Bowers, born 30 April 1870 - 25 July 1905, and Elizabeth (nee Nutsford later Edwards), born 16 October 1870 - 26 January 1939. They were married on 8 January 1895 at Campbletown (Bluff), South Island, New Zealand. AWMM
