    • Husband of Win. AWMM
    • Father of Lesley, John & Lorraine, Kim & Prue. Grandfather of Samuel, Chloe, Jane, Rebecca, Sarah and Andrew. After returning from WWII, Phil continued working for the NZ Railways before qualifying as a chartered accountant. Phil served his community throughout his lifetime as a church elder, Sunday School superintendent, RSA member, and by volunteering his time (along with wife Win) at a local rest home. Phil vividly recalled his war-time experiences, writing his own memoir of his service, for his family to share. Greatly loved by his family, his service alongside so many other New Zealanders is remembered with pride. Public - Rebecca Francis - Direct descendant - 23 April 2023 - Family records
