  • Farnham Caleb Smith was born 12 June 1888 in Kaikoura. He was the eldest of six children - two boys and four girls. His father Caleb was Mayor of Kaiapoi and Clerk of the Amuri County Council in Culverden.

    Farnham is a great Uncle to the Craig family.

    A small gathering will be held in Culverden on 5 October 2017 to commemorate 100 years since his death
