    • Neil Stevens was the son of Charles and Metta Stevens, of 5 Seccombes Rd., Epsom, Auckland, New Zealand. AWMM
    • Dec 1916 - Private N. J. Stevens, reported wounded, is a son of -Mrs C Stevens, Fox street. He has been wounded in the thigh. Private Stevens, who was engaged in the painting trade, is a well-known young man. He left Gisborne with the 10th Reinforcements. His brother was recently reported missing, whilst a third son is still at the front.
