    Embarked Wellington, 16 May 1918; disembarked London, England, 7 July 1918, and marched into Sling Camp.
    Proceeded overseas to France, 30 September 1918; marched in to NZ Base Depot, Etaples, 3 October 1918.
    Admitted to 7 Canadian General Hospital, 4 October 1918 (broncho-pneumonia).
    Died, 14 October 1918.
