  • Edward, you did not make it but your family history is told still over 100 years later. Your family home in Greenhithe is now a historic place and your pioneering Norsk family has been written about over the years. Your headstone of a mounted cavalryman stands proud in Albany next to your brother's, who died after serving in the Great War 10 years later. I am your Great Great Nephew and I am proud of my uncles who fought for a foreign country in a foreign country. I'm proud of my Norwegian ancestry and seek to know more about it. Takk skal du har Edward, Paul.
